Coffee, croissants and comms. What could be a better way to start your day in #wonkcomms?
WonkComms have teamed up with Soapbox to offer the UK WonkComms community an regular opportunity to get together and discuss some of the big challenges of delivering communications in think tanks and research organisations.
Each Breakfast Club session covers a different topic and focuses on the practicalities of communications – whether you’re trying to improve email marketing or do better at engaging with Parliament.
Join us for the fourth session, ‘From Analytics to Action’ at 9am on 4 October 2016 at the Soapbox studio in central London. Gathering data about your website and your users’ behaviour is clearly indispensible, but how many of us actually know what to do with it? We’ll discuss what type of web analytics we are measuring and to what end, but also share tips on how to effect meaningful improvements to content and strategy on the basis of this information.
We’ll hear from James Higgott, Digitial Communications Manager at the Kings Fund, on how to encourage a data-driven environment for communications in your organisation. We’ll then hear from Sophie Hall, Policy Communications Adviser at Soapbox, before opening up the conversation for the remainder of the event.
