Our fourth WonkComms event, “WonkComms in the North”, took place at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation in York on 14 October 2013. Speakers included WonkComms originals Richard Darlington, Head of News at IPPR, Nick Scott, Interim Head of Communications at ODI and Leonora Merry, Head of Media and External Affairs at SMF. We were also joined by Richard Caulfield, Chief Executive of Voluntary Sector North West. The event was chaired by Abigail Scott Paul of JRF and introduced by JRF Chief Executive Julia Unwin.
